不滿：整潔度
We will be requesting a refund due to the extremely low level of hygiene and cleanliness.The property had bed-bugs in at least 3 of the bedrooms, we have video and photographic evidence.We found an unacceptable level of rubbish under the 1st bed that we checked. This included used tissues and ear buds. Due to the bed-bugs the weekend was ruined by 8 of the 15 guests having to stay in hotels. So we could not all be together.The property looks run down and many items were worn out. Bedding was old, carpets ancient and doors did not close properly.The mattresses were soiled and in one case worn through.The owners came to see us whilst we were there, but seemed in complete denial about the gravity of the situation.We spent an enormous amount of money to rent this place and feel completely let down. We therefore seek a complete refund.
