「Everything at this hotel was great — bed, cleanliness (not any residual grime anywhere to be seen!), and especially the staff! The front desk guy the night I checked in was incredibly kind to this disabled fat old lady traveling solo!! This last two weeks I’ve flat-out fallen in love with Holiday Inn in all of its versions (Suites, Express, whatever). And the reasons are exactly what I experienced in Tavares and Melbourne!!」

「Excellent budget friendly hotel!! I can't say enough good things about our stay here! The room was clean and super comfortable and quiet. I slept so well! The staff was friendly and nice and we had all the little things that make a difference like good shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower, coffee machine in room, hair dryer, quiet ac unit. our keys worked the entire time (most places these days I have issues with keys not working well) The location is convenient to restaurants...

「New hotel. Opened July 2025. Room was clean. Bed slept wonderfully! Pillows were great and comfy! You could hear someone walking upstairs. You could hear people talking in the next room. Wood floor a plus. Would stay here again. 」

「This is an old hotel but very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The owners were exceptional and extremely helpful if anything was needed. I would definitely stay with them again. It's not the taj mahal but it definitely serves the purpose and the budget! 」
