Bon séjour
Séjour de 2 nuits agréable. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et serviable! L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé ce qui implique aussi quelques nuisances sonores hélas, même si, gentiment, une chambre un peu en retrait m'a été attribuée suite à ma demande de chambre au calme. Le parking payant est aussi très pratique en centre ville!

Pleasant, good value Lyon hotel

Très bonne adresse
Très bon accueil ! Hôtel situé dans un quartier sympa, à deux pas des bords de Saône. Chambre tout confort et calme. Literie excellente. Le service a été très appréciable (conseils pour réserver un bon resto le soir).

Hôtel 2* qui en vaut plus
Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Lyon, accueil très chaleureux, certes certains diront que les chambres sont un peu petites mais on y va juste pour dormir 😄 Petit déjeuner copieux et toujours avec un personnel au petit soin avec les clients. Pleins de bon conseil pour vous aider à passer de bonnes visitées et un excellent moment dans la ville. Une adresse que je garde pour revenir et que je partagerais avec plaisir pour être sûr de ne pas être déçu.

Overall, the hotel was conveniently close to Perrache station, as well as various places to eat. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again, but there are one or two things I would note: 1. Breakfast was ok, but didn't think was that great. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby I would recommend more highly. 2. There is no elevator. The stairs aren't too bad, but a little steep. 3. The staff were friendly, but not all the staff spoke English that well, but did try to understand. So the use of translation apps would be useful.

Great Staff and Nice Location
The hotel has great staff who helps all visitors, especially Mathilda adviced great restaurants. The location was also great it is close to train bus and metro station. We had a family stay and we were happy with the hotel.

This was a quick stop over from Marseille to Strasburg, Hotelo and Lyon did not disappoint! The staff was so kind and helpful and the hotel was charming and wonderful! Brasserie Georges was recommended for dinner - 5 min walk at the most, amazing food and atmosphere, look it up. Historical place, packed and wonderful! Place Bellecour, main square was a 15 min EASY walk through a shaded park with tons of shopping and food options along the way. We are traveling with my 80 yr old a parent and 2 teen girls and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Would LOVE to visit Lyon again…someday!

Personnel aimable, bon accueil, bien situé pour la gare de Perrache, les quais du Rhône, le centre-ville.. Ma chambre au premier étage donnait sur l’autoroute et le tranway, il y avait du bruit. Légères déceptions quant à la propriéte (interrupteurs. douche).

Nous étions très bien accueillies par Séraphine, une employée de l’hôtel super sympa et gentille. Par contre la chambre était trop petite pour 3 personnes et un peu sombre.

Friendly staff, great spot for Xmas markets
A perfect spot for the christmas markets - 3 min walk round the corner. Easy walk to the river and across the bridge to the old town. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were very basic but comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again
