On the 6th and last floor with quiet elevator in a beautiful building Lyonnais. It is in the heart of the peninsula between the street Edouard Herriot and the famous rue Mercière with these no less famous corks Lyonnais that we have created for our guests an apartment with an intimate and precious atmosphere.
Here you do not need a car or a taxi, everything is done on foot or by public transport, because you are at the center of all the events of our city of light.
To park your car different public car parks are between 100 and 300 meters (contact us).
It is with great pleasure that we have imagined the layout of this property to bring you an elegant and cozy space fully functional and very well equipped.
The crossing apartment of 40 m2 plus a mezzanine has:
- A bathroom with window, a shower, a large vanity unit, a toilet
- A kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave oven grill, a coffee machine, a toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and everything necessary for your stay.
- A cozy seating area for telephones to see their favorite programs. Books are available in the library.
- A room with a very high-end bed of the famous American brand Stearns & Foster or you can comfortably watch television.
- A dressing room, a space to store your suitcases.
- The mezzanine has a workspace. A roof window brings brightness and a breathtaking view of Lyon and including the Cathedral of Fourviere.
- A second toilet is available outside the apartment.
We offer tailor-made services. If you want special services do not hesitate to contact us we will be happy to help you during your stay.
The building is equipped with fiber. Optimal connection and free Wifi.
To know :
• Our 4-legged friends are not allowed but we offer a guard service (contact us for details).
• The apartment is STRICTLY non smoking (even at the window) you have ashtrays down the building.
• Parties and parties are not allowed.
• The apartment is not accessible to young children and it can not accommodate more than two people.

Wonderful!
This listing looks exactly like the photos! The flat was comfortable and well equipped, and the location was perfect. Our host met us at the apartment and walked us through everything, evening giving us tips about the city. She even reached out to us half way through our stay to see if there was anything we needed. If we find ourselves in Lyon again, we would absolutely try to book this location again.

The perfect Lyon apartment!
Our stay was exceptional at Laurence and Philip’s boudoir. The perfect central location to all of the sites and restaurants, with a pedestrian only street packed with restaurants and shopping one block away. The apartment is much more spacious than the listing looks, plenty of room for two. A very large bathroom! The bed looks though it may be in the loft in the pictures, but it isn’t!! The perfect apartment for couples or friends who don’t mind sleeping in the same bed.
Notre séjour a été exceptionnel au boudoir de Laurence et Philip. L'emplacement central idéal pour tous les sites et restaurants, avec une rue piétonne regorgeant de restaurants et de magasins à un pâté de maisons. L'appartement est beaucoup plus spacieux qu'il n'y paraît, il peut accueillir deux personnes. Une très grande salle de bain ! Le lit semble être dans la mezzanine sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas le cas !! L'appartement parfait pour les couples ou les amis qui n'hésitent pas à dormir dans le même lit.

We loved this apartment!
My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend and the apartment was very chic. It was the perfect little place for a weekend getaway to see the city of Lyon! Very comfortable, beautiful and right in the heart of everything. I would stay here again for sure!

L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du vieux Lyon pour la visite a pieds des lieux incontournables. L'appartement est charmant, cosy, original, propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et de bons conseils. Très belle expérience !

Great house, terrible check-in experience
The lady that met us to check us in is very rude and short. She did not make us feel welcome at all even though this house is nearly double the price of most houses for rent in the area. The lady was difficult and demanding on times to meet her. The house itself is beautiful and looks better in person than in pictures. I would stay here again, but hope the owner will find another person to manager their property.
