⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Staycity Lyon! We had a fantastic stay at Staycity Lyon. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, with the metro and tram just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There are also supermarkets and other shops nearby, which was very convenient. The large park close to the hotel was a real bonus, especially for families with children. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the spacious apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay at Staycity Lyon again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lyon.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Hôtel bien desservi par les transports en commun. La chambre était propre et bien équipée, juste petit bémol pour les rideaux donc beaucoup de lumière le matin.. Mais nous reviendrons tout de même sans hésiter

We were welcomed by the friendly staff and they were super helpful! They gave us a map with ideas of where to go and what to do. They offered us a drink as we waited in the lobby for the key and seemed genuinely happy to have us staying with them. The room was super clean and had a lovely balcony that we could sit out on and watch the activity down on the street. In the morning, they happily stored our luggage so we could explore ahead of our car rental being ready. We would be glad to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Lyon.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som verkligen gjorde vistelsen positiv. Tyvärr levde sängarna inte upp till förväntningarna. De var väldigt hårda och det kändes nästan som att sova på en träplatta. En annan nackdel är garageinfarten, som är extremt smal. Har man en lite bredare bil är det svårt att ta sig in utan att behöva backa och köra fram flera gånger. Tyvärr skadades min bakfälg och fick repor när jag körde in. Med några förbättringar av sängarna och garageinfarten hade vistelsen varit betydligt bättre.

Le personnel n’est pas très aimable que ce soit à l’accueil comme dans les étages (gouvernante je suppose). Nous avons été déçu de notre accueil. Le personnel nous disait à peine bonjour. La gouvernante entre dans la chambre et nous fait la morale parce qu’elle a tocqué à la porte et que nous n’avons pas ouvert tout de suite. La chambre était spacieuse et propre en revanche, c’était là le seul point positif de notre séjour. Nous remercions malgré tout Siam qui a fait de son mieux pour nous servir lorsqu’elle était à l’accueil.

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner à cet hôtel. Tout y est très bien, sauf une chose. Je demande toujours un supplément pour rendre la chambre plus tard. Pourtant à à chaque fois la femme de ménage vient toquer à la porte malgré le papier indiquant que j'y suis toujours. Aujourd'hui, après être venue taper à deux reprises, la femme de ménage a eu le culot de souffler quand je lui ai dit que je quittais la chambre à 13h. Donc, je paye déjà un supplément pour qu'en plus on me derange et on se plaigne de l'heure à laquelle je pars. C'est le point négatif qui a ruiné mon séjour et j'hésite à y revenir, étant pourtant une habituee de cet hôtel depuis des mois.

不滿：職員與服務
Bedden waren goed, ik heb duidelijk gezocht naar een hotel met eigen parkeergelegenheid en ontbijt. Bij aankomst in de avond laat tegen middernacht aan werd mij bij het inchecken verteld dat ik dit van te voren had moeten aangeven en dat de parkeerplaatsen vol waren. Nu moet ik mijn auto vol bagage op een openbare parkeerplaats parkeren precies wat ik niet wilde. Vervolgens bij het ontbijt staat er dat als er geen ruimte is in de ontbijtzaal dat je je ontbijt dan kan meenemen in een box. Een hotel met ruim 200 kamers en een ontbijtzaal met letterlijk 4 tafels is behoorlijk slecht geregeld. Toen ik toch echt moest gaan rijden naar mijn eindbestemming en ik nietmeer kon gaan wachten op een plaats in de ontbijtzaal en ik vroeg om een ontbijtbox werd mij verteld dat ik dit ook vooraf aan had moeten geven. Toen ik mijn ongenoegen hierover uitsprak tegen de receptie en het voorval met de auto ook vertelde haalden ze hun schouders letterlijk op en zeiden dat ze er niks aan konden doen. Toen ben ik zonder ontbijt de auto ingestapt en ben weggereden. Dit hotel nooitmeer!
