The balcony to the beachfront was great, the pool was perfect for the kids on a rainy day and the food was surprisingly really good, I would definitely stay here again. The only down point was the outdoor signer next door, sleep was impossible until after 11pm but the second night was drizzly so they moved it indoors and it was much better. Highly recommend the kids buffet, my eldest loved it!

Overall it was an OK experience. Plus points are the leisure facilities and the reasonable prices at the bar. There is a good set up for families with younger children, but mature couples might not appreciate all the children running about. For the cost per night, over £150 per room B&B one would expect a better standard of accommodation. Many parts of the hotel are looking tired and need refurbishment.

Delightful little place. Will be back. Lots of car park space. Right on the beach front with a vintage pier and taby carvery immediatly opposite too. Short walk to Greene King, M&S foodhall and a B&M. Bus stop outside that goes to Lytham or Blackpool pleaaure beach and arcades
