「Service sehr schlecht」

「Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「L’hôtel est bien mais les chambres méritent un léger rafraîchissement. Buffet correct mais très européen…」

「Miryam was amazing and very welcoming. I felt I was at home. The area was safe and well lit up. The house was very cosy and authentic. Thank you so much x」

「Next to train station, beach, and medina, excellent location. Indoor heated pools with whirlpools was fantastic. Staffs were helpful.」

「Bon rapport qualité-prix, Chambre propre et personnel accueillant」

「Moyen」

「The hotel was very dated and unclean. Lots of hairs in the bathroom which was off putting and generally on the floor, it was not cleaned properly. My first room had some big crawl into a gap so had to change that but 2nd room wasn’t much better.」

「Super strandnah, mega freundliches Personal」

「I liked mr kamal of the bar... And miss soussou.. Love her」

「Everything was not bad overall. The room was clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was decent, and the beach view was enjoyable.」
