We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful lake house. Everything was absolutely amazing and was just as the pictures displayed. The pool is magnificent, and the hot tub was just as amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had the most relaxing wonderful vacation.

Home away from home

Took my boys there for fall break and we loved every minute. First time at Cedar Creek Lake and the location was great; prime spot on the lake, yet a short drive to town in case you needed anything or wanted to eat out (not that you have a reason to). The property was amazing, clean, cozy, charming, and had everything you needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The kayaks added to the fun on the lake. The next time we head over to Cedar Creek lake, this will be the first property to check for availability!

Relaxing trip on the water

This was a great house for myself, my husband, our 12 year old and our 9 year old, and my dad. The house is clean and cozy, and the yard and pool are amazing. There were a couple of issues we ran into but the owner was incredibly responsive. No complaints!I would warn folks to watch out for algae on the boat launch down near the water line. It's very slippery. The location is near some restaurants, several pharmacies, and a grocery store. So it's easy to pop out for something you forgot.

The inside of the home and pool were clean and maintained, but the property management hosts did not always respond to my inquiries. I had originally booked ahead of the dock damage and we were not alerted that the dock was completely removed ahead of our stay. The host did ultimately offer a concession once I expressed my dissatisfaction of not being notified. Additionally we reached out with several questions upon check-in and the host never responded. Having a pool is a nice addition providing hours of fun. The kitchen could benefit from an updated knife set and the refrigerator a good cleaning. A new grill was delivered upon our arrival making grilling a nice experience. Most of the chairs by the fire pit were broken and not sturdy making that area unusable. The porch, chairs and pavilion were covered with spider webs and not swept. I know spiders will come back each evening but it would improve the experience if the first day all areas were clean. The bedrooms were comfy and had ample linens and the living room and kitchen had ample seating.

Nice experience

We had a wonderful stay. All the extra touches were notices and appreciated. The only thing we missed was having a washer and dryer, otherwise loved the house and the property. We thought we would miss the dock being damaged, but it actually was just fine without it.

weekend golf trip with the guys

We had a blast and the house was everything we needed/wanted. The home was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The pool was great to take a dip in after a long day on the course and the view of the lake was perfect. We want to come back next year and would definitely recommend this rental for a getaway.

Labor Day Family Gathering

Our first trip to the area exceeded expectations! We swam, fished, played games, watched football and ate lots of good food! This property was the perfect gathering place fir our family!

Great property!

This house and amenities are wonderful. The house is super cute - decor & layout worked well. Took a minute to find the laundry out on the porch but it was nicely stocked with pods & dryer sheets. There were plenty of bath towels for us (5 adults). We could only find 3 beach towels though. Kitchen was stocked with BBC coffee, and everything you need to cook. Also there were 3 hair dryers. Loved the kayaks, pool and hot tub. It will be hard to stay anywhere without a private pool again! We loved staying here!
