"Paid online and room canceled when we arrived. Refused to refund. Would not recommend "

"This property is very convenient, just off a 77 with a lot of restaurant options, gas stations, and other retail very close by. While someone would see this as a strength, it also brings with it a very noisy, traffic filled environment at all hours of the night and day. Being located very close to a shopping center, the waste removal vehicles begin arriving around 5 AM and with them comes back up beepers clanging of metal doors as they empty their contents into the truck. As I mentioned earlier, there are several places to eat within walking distance, but the traffic makes that a risky proposition the hotel staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with at check-in. I found the property very economical and overall a good value for a one night stay"

"Was upset that the lounge was closed...it did not say that on your face page... Wouldn't stay there again... needs to be upgraded "

"Place is under renovations which really spruce up the place. Rooms are clean and bright. One thing I would caution is that the will charge you $80US a night for for pet which is not disclosed in advance. "

"Door would get stuck and hard to open, not very clean, other rooms had music blasting all night"

"The room was dirty, the bathroom had tons of water damage (so, probably lots of mold was painted over), the sheets were literally tattered on both beds, and they ran out of bedding for the pullout couch. One of the employees (I presume a cleaner/maid) used their keycards to walk into our room without knocking! I was sitting on the bed, stunned, and just looked at her as she said sorry and left. This was at 9 am, not past the checkout time!"
