「What an amazing rental! Best we have stayed in thus far. Clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing, couldn’t keep kids out of it-largest we have seen. If you want a comfortable and safe stay, this rental is great. We visited Jeremiah’s ice almost every night. Beaches easy to get to with ~40 min drive. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.」

「Nice neighborhood, clean house! house is great for babies and toddlers. Has a crib and bassinet, bouncy seat, floor toys for babies and many toys for toddlers. Even had a child lock on the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen. House was well stocked with all the soaps and paper items one typically uses. They kindly provided a few snacks, tea and coffee. 「The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined....

「This was our first experience at booking a home to stay in and it was great! Ashley and Chip were so good at answering all our questions. Check in was easy, the house was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbor was nice and quiet, and we were just minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. 「Our stay overall was great. We enjoyed the pool, especially on those hot days. I did find it a little short on amenities, especially in the kitchen. Perhaps a few spices, dish towels, and more silverware would have been perfect. Also, a gas grill would have been nice outside and should have been noted in the description. I would absolutely come back to this home.」

「The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.」
