這個價格可以找到這個地段以及星級是不錯的，房間大小還可以，基本設施都有，只是房間和吹風機，地板比較舊，裝修風格比簡約好一點，反而公共區域的裝修比較新和豪華，但畢竟是酒店不是賓館，浴缸邊和花灑的清潔度有很大的進步空間，洗臉盆很小，很低，很容易搞到到處都是水. 但看評分清潔度有4.3！另外就是前台的服務員服務態度不夠親和以及協助解決問題能力低. 反而樓下bell boy（Franky）很好，主動提供行李箱寄存和很努力協助如何去我要去的地方，值得讚許. 如果房間設施新一點和好一點，下次一定會再去. 用行動支持每一個盡責的服務人員的飯碗.

豪華房面積太細，如果有旅行箱就沒有地方打開，另外wifi連接後是無法使用，不如索性説沒有wifi好過。

Unbelievable concierge staff

When I was checking out, I presented the receptionist my room cards and my deposit receipt. He then rudely ordered me to wait for five minutes without any “please” nor further explanation. I told him that I’m in such a hurry, then he reluctantly processed my check-out in such an unbelievably slow pace. After printing out the deposit agreement, he asked me to sign in order to verify that I’ve received my deposit back. I told him that it is illogical as he did not give me any penny back yet. He then threatened me that if I’m not signing, he wouldn’t pay me back my deposit. The whole experience could not be more unpleasant. I paid the hotel for proper service and sensible aids from hotel staff, not anything rude and illogical like this.

Decent Hotel in Macau

The best thing about the hotel was the room size, quite spacious. The condition was agreeable, comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is not too far from ferry terminal to which they also provide a free shuttle service. For exploring Macau, it is a bit of a long walk but doable. Casino is on the ground floor but does not interfere with stay experience. Overall okay, slightly pricey value wise.

房間大致上都ok, 但廁所的窗簾設計失敗，窗簾不應該在房外面拉繩，應該設計在廁所裡面拉窗簾繩，因為如果沖涼中被人在外面拉開窗簾繩毫無個人私隱！床都很舒服只是枕頭太軟，用2個枕頭都唔夠高
這個廁所窗簾在床邊拉起，如果有小朋友玩窗簾，令人沖涼很不安

房間寬敞新淨。原先預訂非吸煙房可是同層有重煙味，因為同行有小朋友，要求換房，經理幫我們安排換房，還要是最高層望到少少海景，十分欣喜。 位置上在本澳新口岸，雖附近算不上熱鬧，但巴士站就在酒店旁，交通算是十分方便。 此酒店整體上算是物超所值。
