From check in to check out.I had a lovely stay. The hotel is really nice.I had an amazing sleep while there. The beds are very comfy. The breakfast on offer was really good, with cooked available. We stayed 1 night and did not use any of the facilities or eat there. The room we stayed in was great. A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again.

Fresh full English breakfast. As a person of colour, I was a bit worried about how we’d be treated, but there was no need to be, we were treated just like everyone else. The staff were really polite and gave excellent customer service.

Extremely comfortable beds and quiet surroundings with lots of free parking. Pool and spa facilities excellent (but could do with better signs/directions) and very welcome. WiFi is good. Room TVs are very basic and my room seemed to have a fault in the light switches. A little further out from Macclesfield than I was expecting but these are minor niggles. Otherwise, excellent value.
