「After booking l found alot of negative reviews, happily it wasn't too bad. the island accommodation all seems to be in need of some TLC. I chooser this place as it had water views in case the weather wasn't good while we were there and we;d have something to look at. 「This property has great character. Victoria has a very creative and inspired touch in decorating and detailing the renovation of the property. It’s quirky, fun and extremely comfortable and well appointed! The bed is superior in comfort. Kylie Koala is right above the cabin comfortably perched in the gum tree outside. The property is well positioned and very peaceful. Victoria is a marvelous welcoming host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay 🌟🌟🌟」

「This was a wonderful property and would be very romantic for a couple however not really 2 couple suitable . The second bed was a sofa bed and not overly comfy. But otherwise the house was great. Very clean and beautiful view from the top deck. The tree near the bottom deck could use a trim. Watching the wildlife come up close to the house was also good. The fireplace makes the house beautiful and warm very quickly.」

「Probably best location on the island, the house was surrounded by kangaroos and wallabies, we enjoyed them every night coming close to the house. 「We stayed 3 nights at Fairview Beach House. Great view. Short walk to the water. Sleeps up to 11, great for a family get away. Could do with a good garden tidy up, front and back. View a bit cut off. And a bit of TLC with the internal doors. But all needs provided for and in good proximity to Kingscote for supplies. Emu Bay is a beautiful spot. Will be back one day.」

「Property was in a great location. Island beach is so beautiful. Very well equipped and the slow cooker was a bonus. Overall nice and clean, although there were empty bottles and cans all over the fish cleaning sink which we couldnt use. This was cleaned up however at the end of our trip. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but clean and warm. Had some visits by local kangaroos, wallabies and the beautiful birds on KI and also some local chooks! A bit of a hick up when we arrived to locked doors...
