This hotel is fantastic! It's right in the middle of Aguas Calientes in the village closest to Machu Picchu. There was free breakfast included, they have a patio/balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The location is central to the train station, local restaurants/shops, and right by the bust stop that you need to get to Machu Picchu. For anyone that is in town to see Machu Picchu, I definitely recommend the Sacred Stone. Its a family owned hotel, they rooms are spacious, include towels toiletries, and TVs with netflix. Check them out!

Pictures were deceiving, the view was of the patio not of the creek. Room was very damp, shadow puppets at night and voices right outside the room. Felt as if there were mold. The smell from the bathroom was awful. Was so bad that we had to checkout early and go else where.

Great Budget Friendly Stay in Aguas Calientes

Wonderful stay! Shower was hot with lots of pressure. We had a beautiful view of the river. Excellent location within minutes of train stop, plaza, etc. As a family of four (teenagers), we were very happy with the accommodations. Perfect for a quick overnight trip before heading to MP.

Great location close to where the train drops you off without having to walk stairs up into town. Loved that you can hear the river from your room and that it has reliable hot water! They also went above and beyond to have a breakfast baggie ready to take with me to my super early Machu Picchu hike. Would absolutely stay there again!

A Sacred é um local com uma vista privilegiada e um conforto adicional devido ao som da água do Rio que fica na parte de trás. Bem localizada também. Infelizmente tivemos muita dificuldade pra dormir devido o barulho de outros hospedes chegando e saindo e a luminosidade do quarto que é muito claro e com pouca privacidade.
