"Pool broken most of trip, bathroom was dirty, noisy both employees outside room and other guests, room key needed reprogrammed during stay"

"The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful prior to and during our stay. The area seems fine with an indoor market a block away, and it looks like Dayton is pushing hard to revitalize the downtown area. Very happy with stay."

"Lovely property. Walking distance to several venues. 1st floor bar/restaurant is great. Door service is slightly lacking but has potential. "

"Although the staff were each kind and polite, it couldn’t make up for the condition of the room and the hotel. Most of the facility is dated and rundown. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, just awful. The furniture had pieces chipped and veneer falling off. The coffee machine didn’t work, the drain in the bathroom sink was stuck on closed and there was no hot water. "

"Great stay! Newer hotel conveniently located adjacent to the mall and close to the hospital and Air Force base. The staff took great care of us. The room was comfortable and provided a good night’s rest."

"The only down side was that so many people try and use the pool at one time. No one monitors this or the cleanliness of the hot tub/pool until after it is closed for the day."
