"Amazing experience, can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It is truly enchanting. Luxury rooms in a botanical garden setting. Hard to capture the charm in photos. As soon as we walked in we were captivated by the gorgeous gardens, friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We stayed on the upper level and loved the water views and high ceilings. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. It was an incredible experience staying here, I can't recommend it highly enough!!!"

"The hotel facilities were very well maintained. The pool was clean and relaxing. The lobby was a nice place to rest or meet others. Common areas were comfortable and peaceful. The Wi-Fi connection was stable. I had no issues using the internet. Everything felt convenient and well organized. The facilities supported a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed my time here."

Spotlessly clean, safe, well decorated, beautiful rooms, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, spa on location, and a great buffet breakfast. Restaurant there was wonderful. The staff is beyond excellent. Phanit drive us from airport to hotel. Great guy. All the staff, and I mean all the staff, every single one, was excellent!!!! Well located only 10 minutes by tuk tuk to downtown area. This is a beautiful hotel. We want to return for a much longer stay, and will when we decide the time. Management was super great. "The staff is so helpful. They give good advice and arrange tours, taxis and even bus tickets. Rooms are modern, spacious and cleaned daily while you're out. The location is central, on the river and steps from the Hard Rock Cafe. Breakfast is amazing! Great views from the rooftop lounge. You will not have issues at this hotel, and you'll be glad you stayed here."
