「The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. 」

「The air conditioning worked great and the extras like toothbrushes, coffee pods/creamer, etc were great! Very clean and Dawn was wonderful. I would suggest updating the Check Out time because it said 11:00a online but when the info sheet when you get to the condo says 10:00a. We could have used that extra hour. Great location!」

「When we booked it said one bed. When we arrived at the property and got in our room it was a pullout soffabed. To us that is NOT a bed. It was very disappointing that we had to spend the week sleeping on a sofabed when we were expecting a bed. 」

「Enjoyed our stay. We love this area and try to stay in the Madeira/St Pete location every year. We had a few cleanliness issues. We brought our dog and he found a huge dog bone under the dresser in the master bedroom and there was some type of big Florida bug by the bed in the master bedroom as well.
