「The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. 」

「The air conditioning worked great and the extras like toothbrushes, coffee pods/creamer, etc were great! Very clean and Dawn was wonderful. I would suggest updating the Check Out time because it said 11:00a online but when the info sheet when you get to the condo says 10:00a. We could have used that extra hour. Great location!」

「We found the kitchen to be well stocked with cookware and utensils. Some coffee filters would be helpful. Place was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. host was very responsive to our questions. Restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Pool was a delight. Also grilling and tiki hut were very nice additions. We would definitely recommend and will be back next spring. 」

「We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat!」
