「No issues with the property at all. The area it’s in appears to be undergoing a renewal of sorts. Looks like it will be nicer in the future or at least the potential is there. 」

「Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. 」

「Our drive to the property was very scenic as was the property. Our host came out and welcomed us. They had no problem with our small dog. It was a lovely apartment and away from the main property for our privacy. Great location for what we wanted had planned.」

「Loved the location and the house it self. Had a little problem finding the address but the people next door at the ice cream shop told us. We walked around the area each night and was a blast.」

「I had a business trip and needed a home base for a few days. This place was perfect. It was well located for driving to Louisville and Columbus. The amenities were good, with everything that you needed. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good, and the vibe with the open brick was lovely. Parking is street parking, so just be sure to note street cleaning, but otherwise, it was easy to park within 100 feet of the door. The only thing that could be improved is that there really is no good place...

「The flat is a wonderful blend of the best of past and present. Antique furnishings and features in the living and sleeping areas are complemented by attractive modern accents. Everything we needed was available in the fully remodeled kitchen. The flat is on a busy corner, but the street noise is a minor inconvenience. We were able to walk across the Roebling Bridge to Cincinnati and enjoy the city. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property.」
