「This was our 4th time booking a stay at this beautiful welcoming cabin. If seeking a place of comfort and serenity, Painted Rock cabin is the place to be. We especially enjoyed the soothing sounds of the rapids and the comforting gentle breezes when relaxing on the wrap around porch watching the wildlife. During this stay we were blessed to see a deer cautiously making her way across the river. We were also fortunate to observe a curious baby black cub as he/she explored the area surrounding...

「Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!! The entire stay was relaxing and hassle free.」

「Beautiful home with wonderful views. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the game room downstairs was a lot of fun. Overall, great experience.」

「There’s only one word about this place, AMAZING! If you’re looking to disconnect from the real world, then this is the place to stay. HS is the best little NC town!」

「The house is in a secluded part of Marshall, offering solitude and respite. The walk from the house to Main Street is about 15 minutes, which is nice. The restaurants, and the entire town really, close early -- keep that in mind. Overall, the hosts were communicative and the house had everything we needed.」

「Host was super responsive and very helpful」

「This place was great for a deeply needed unwind. Very peaceful, quiet, private, and very neat.」

「The house was perfect for our little girls trip. Everything was clean and everything we needed plus more. Thank you so much!」

「Inside: As grandma I appreciated the number of thoughtful touches Jeff and Kara provided, to name a few: lots of towels for hot tub and pool, more than enough hangers in the closets, plenty of games for the teens and family. Kids loved the theater room and massage chair. Outside a fantastic location: hikes in the woods and along streams, minor league baseball in Asheville, whitewater rafting and French Broad tubing nearby. Grandkids are lobbying to return soon.」

「Great location. Close to the Spa and the town. Only downside was the bed. My wife ended up sleeping in the recliner after the first night due to her back and hip hurting.」

「We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Great location...just a short walk into the town of Hot Springs. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch...watching the mist roll over the mountains in the distance, and at night we could see the lightning bug show.」

「Great place - a few minor issues but short of that an amazing stay.」

「It is a rustic cabin in the woods with beautiful views. It was well stocked, though it could have had more wash clothes. There was adequate parking space for three cars. Entrance into the gated community was smooth and easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「Wonderful getaway for my family. Location is remote, but we were looking for that. Spectacular views and the property had everything we could possibly need.」

「Owner was excellent and place was super, couldn’t ask for betterDidn’t like having to deal with unavailable neighborhood prop mgr to get delivery package」

「Great communication…enjoyed the stay…thanks」
