「The room was clean and comfortable and climate control worked well. The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.」

「From the ease of booking and checkin this quaint bungalow was a fantastic find. Perfectly located in such a walkable fun town and lots of things to do. The house is perfectly appointed with just the right amount of furniture and amenities…it has the most comfortable beds and a completely home like feel. I will definitely book this house again and again whenever I make the trip to Iowa! The host Rochelle goes above and beyond and provides so much information on the area. Top notch service!」

「We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. 」

「The home was spotless, inviting, comfortable, and so perfect for our kids’ birthday party. Ashley so kindly hid some Easter eggs for the kids, displayed a sign with birthday wishes, left a kind card and note with a treat for the kids and the moms! The home was exactly as described. We had wet and cold weather but there was still plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels. If we needed to cook a full meal we would have had all we needed. ...

「We really enjoyed our stay for our girls weekend. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a fair amount of road noise. We took advantage of the Middlebrook Farm activities and enjoyed great local food and music. We requested an early check-in a few times and never got a definitive answer, but otherwise communication was timely and clear on the check-in process and check-out expectations. Would definitely recommend! 」
