Rooms were great, except one person in our group had problems with his room key several times. Outstanding meals, variety of food was tried and all was excellent. Servers in the restaurant and bar were were always very friendly and did a great job!

The lady at the front desk was as sweet as can be. The bed was comfy. My reason for only three stars is, the night I checked in there was a used wash cloth in the tub, wrappers and other visible dirt on the floor in the room, had to ask for it to be cleaned. That level of oversight is really unacceptable and makes you wonder if things like the sheets are even clean. I would not stay again.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and found the lobby packed…2 weddings and a hockey tournament. We thought, oh no, it was going to be super noisy! However, we were pleasantly surprised by our room at the end of the hall with a beautiful view of a pond complete with ducks! The room had everything we could have wanted, and it turned out to be super quiet and a great place to stay!

Wonderful large room with sitting/tv area. Very comfy and clean. Needs safety strips or mat in bottom of tub as it was slippery. Does have safety grip bar, though. Very close to UW Hospital East; convenient to choices of restaurants and 94/151.
