Cute Place in Sun Prairie Wi

My family stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen and family room were perfect to hang out for the 4 of us. This place would be even better in the summer with the farmers market going on!

Perfect Getaway Location

Great little spot with lots of nice spots for dining, coffee and bars within walking distance. Close enough to Madison but a nice quiet spot to reenergize.

This was a great spot for us. The location was ideal and the farmer's market right outside our door and awesome coffee shop made it even better. Chris's communication was timely and clear.

Great location, sure beats a hotel.

I have stayed at Market Square 2 times now. For me it is a very central location as my family lives in Waunakee and Cottage Grove. The property is very clean and the communication from the owner is excellent.

Excellent experience, location and property

This property was a great place to stay for a visit to Madison and the surrounding area. We booked for our trip to Sun Prairie as well as a day of skiing at Cascade Mountain in Portage. Sun Prairie is a great place to stay that gives easy access to many of the attractions in the area and provides a great home base. The propery itself was exactly as described and has plenty of room for a family. With two bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure everyone is comfortable. It was clean and Chris was great with communication and made sure we had all we needed. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Beans & Cream for coffee and breakfast burrito in the morning.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Loved the walkable neighborhood, especially walking to coffee in the morning! 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms was also great. There’s some street noise so if you’re a light sleeper probably not the best spot for you. But, we slept well and loved it!

Before school starts getaway

Was an awesome location to base at for 3 days. We went to 3 different locations ranging from 45 minutes to an hour away each day. Was just as described. Nice coffee shop right next door as well as some good places to eat within walking distance. Check in was very easy and the the host is very responsive in answering any questions we had.

Biking get away

Property could have been cleaner (dusty) and kitchen better stocked with glasses, mixing bowls and dish towels. Buildings parking was cumbersome and was located in a very busy gathering area for locals. (noisy past 10pm)

This property met our basic needs. Fortunately our stay was short. We have some suggestions and comments to improve customer service. There is no light switch by the front door -- we had to search using the flashlights on our phones. Only 1 light bulb above sinks in bathroom -- an issue for older adults like us. No decaf coffee. No wastebaskets in bathrooms. Only 1 pillow per person. Volume on TV in living room did not adjust.

It’s was overall a great stay. For some reason we did have someone knock on our door in the middle of the night and when we opened the door no one was there. Don't know if it’s just teens pulling a prank… but very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Nice location in downtown Sun Prairie

This is a nice spot in the downtown square area of Sun Prairie. Several restaurants and bars close by as well as little shop on main Street, all within walking distance. The apartment fit our family well and Chris was responsive and communicated the required information needed for check in/out in a timely manner.

Perfect location

Great place with all you need for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, pristine and had a well stocked kitchen. The location on the quaint town square with coffee shop was amazing. We woke up to a farmers market which was a real treat. We definitely plan to return.

Great Location!

We really love staying at Cannery Square! There is a coffee/tea/light breakfast shop steps away which made for a convenient breakfast. We were excited to shop at the Saturday Farmers market (seasonal) too which is right outside the door. It is close to Madison which is great! The apartment has a bedroom on each side with a common living/kitchen area in the middle. This was perfect for staying with another couple. We appreciate having a washer dryer in the apartment too. It was a great stay; thank you!

Perfect location if attending an event at the FM venue. Communication with owner was great! If staying during Farmers Market season avoid parking in the front .
