「This hotel is lovely. It is a bit dated though and needs an upgrade. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. It was close to the cathedral and the river.」

「We stayed two nights and it was both good, and not so good… arrived Friday, shown to our room by a lovely chap (sorry, didn’t get his name); we ate outside as it was a lovely evening. Food was excellent. Breakfast on Saturday was good with plenty of choice and gluten free produce available. Saturday evening - Cameron and the other chap were working their socks off, as there was a big party in. After much discussion, they were eventually able to organise food for us, outside, but not till 9pm,...

「We only stayed for one night, in room 10 on the ground floor. Lovely view over the garden, which with the weather been kind we could sit out in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, nicely cooked and plenty of choice. We didn't really find anywhere to eat in Hereford city centre with it being a Saturday night so I would advise booking something if in a similar situation. Ended up in the Rose and Crown pub (Green King) about 5 minutes walk away, which was just ok.」

Very well appointed with clean, comfortable bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen which is large enough for several people to work in at any one time - ideal for groups of people.
