This was honestly the worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had, and calling it a hotel is generous. It’s basically a hostel pretending to be a hotel. The pillows are literally like they’ve been cut in half tiny, flat, and extremely uncomfortable. The bed is extremely small, and the room is even smaller. There’s barely half a table, and you can’t fit anything properly. It feels claustrophobic the moment you walk in. They advertise private bathrooms, but what they don’t clearly say is that you’re sharing that bathroom with six other rooms. That is not a hotel experience. On top of that, the bathroom lights are on motion sensors that constantly turn off. I couldn’t even shower properly without waving my hands every few seconds to get the lights back on. You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. Zero soundproofing. No privacy. No comfort. The worst part was I had a serious issue with my room key. My card didn’t work, and even the reception’s card didn’t work. I was locked out of my room for hours and almost missed my flight because of it. When I asked for compensation, they didn’t care at all. No solution, no apology, nothing. This is not a hotel. It’s an overpriced hostel with misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

La chambre était très propre et la salle de bain aussi. Le pommeau de douche ne tient plus beaucoup par contre il faudrait le refixer. La cuisine commune est top. La musique par contre un peu déprimante. Le rooftop est incroyablement agréable. Du thé en proposition serait un plus agréable. Petit bémol pour le bruit du ménage fait dans les chambres le matin à partir de 9h30 et de façon générale l'insonorisation est limite. L'hôtel est très bien desservit bus et métro juste à côté. Il y a également de quoi faire des courses au carrefour à 5mins à pieds. Possibilité de laisser son bagage le dernier jour. Un très bon séjour au top je suis ravie. Merci
