The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, nothing special though. Rooms don't have air conditioning, so the only way to keep cool at night is to open the window, which lets in mosquitoes. I would stay there again, but would bring insect repellent.

Confortable y silencioso
Hotel con camas muy cómodas,silencioso,habitación espaciosa,limpia y confortable. El personal muy atento. Buena zona para aparcar y tranquila. Metro ligero a un paso con conexión a centro en 30 minutos. Mejorable el estado exterior del edificio. Que tiene zonas que la pintura está cayendo y queda feo en un hotel de 4 estrellas

Un claro/oscuro para el visitante del hotel
La entrada al hotel decepcionante, por su abandono y falta de mantenimiento. Habitación agradable, pero también con mobiliario no mantenido. Personal agradable y vistas desde la habitación interesantes al entorno próximo y al norte de la ciudad de Madrid.

Buen hotel con mala imagen exterior
El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones están realmente muy bien y son espaciosas y limpias. Es una pena el deterioro de las fachadas exteriores, da una imagen muy mala del hotel. Se agradecería que permitiesen a huespedes del hotel utilizar el parking interior sin cargo viendo qué está vacío, o poner un techado en el parking exterior.

Fantastic hotel - very unusual building (in a good way). Clean, tidy and handy for driving to/from. Only minor issue was room was a little cold.
