一間達不到五星標準的酒店
離景點較遠，搭乘地鐵也要走15分鐘左右，酒店附近環境清幽，但酒店房間的木門和木板就佈滿塵，冷氣不夠冷，整晚因為冷氣出風口給櫃頂擋住一半做成的噪音而不能入睡。

スタッフの対応はとても良い。早朝のチェックアウト時もタクシーの手配等とても親切だった。 施設は新しくてデザイナーズホテルのようだが、施工が悪く、例えばシャワールームの水が　”必ず”外に漏れる（廊下にまであふれる）、壁掛けの装飾品が、かけ釘が抜けやすく倒れ落ちてくる、等々。

Declining standard, and poor follow up
This is my 15 stay here within a year and standard are declining This time the toilet seat was not fixed, and the water came out on top of the shower, and when noticing this to the front staff upon leaving, the receptionist was more concerned about getting her €10 for a bag of chips and a chocolate bar, than Ensuring that the sufficient level of details were noted down to prevent this happening again and to ensure that those two problems were fixed before the next guest used the room Last time I stayed there months ago, the room smells awful, and like there was a problem with the sewage

Esperaba más de un 5 estrellas
En general bien, pero para ser un 5 estrellas tiene fallos. Para mi gusto, las áreas sociales son pobres de Luz. La cama no es muy cómoda, sigue siendo colchón de muelles. La ducha se sale por todos lados y hay un gran riesgo de resbalar.

This hotel is not 5 stars as they claim to be. The room is ok but no ventilation whatsoever. Bathroom does not lock and smells terrible. They claim they have spa and pool but they don’t mention you have to pay separately for this. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

This is a very expensive hotel that it is rated 5 star but there is no coffee in the rooms, no coffee in the lobby... for breakfast you have to it the $25 breakfast or there is no other option... and nothing around. the gym is not accessible unless you again pay, even though you are paying $550/$600 might... no amenities... and they treat you like you are in a motel 5. Horrible!!!
