櫃台說有提供吹風機給住客，但住宿期間期間借了3次吹風機、1次等了15分鐘、ㄧ次等超過ㄧ小時，最後ㄧ次根本借不到。 房間隔音很差，可聽到隔壁房打呼、沖馬桶、講電話的聲音！

Caution: be aware what you are booking. This property was not worth my "hard earned" - it charged hotel prices (>£100/night in March) for a cheap and shabby double room and bathroom. We were so disappointed in its condition (dirty, bit smelly, aging decor, stained shower, cracks in the ceilings and walls) - not as portrayed in the pictures - we left and found a nearby hotel for slightly more money. The only redeeming feature was the helpful chap on reception. If you are happy with "basic" - the location is good - central, but noisy with it. We actually found a smart hotel 5 mins away for not much more cost... even better location and of a standard you'd expect at this price. I did request a refund but T&Cs don't allow this. I accept my booking stopped them selling the room, so lesson learned. The photos and even the reviews don't match the low quality of this accommodation, which is overpriced in my opinion. If you are looking for a double room - check nearby hotels and pay the extra if you can. Despite the disappointment - we still had a great time in Madrid and will return. Just not to this place!

Muchísimo ruido para dormir en el patio interior, tipo maquina de aire acondicionado o calefacción o similar ,realmente no pegué ojo. La habitación correcta pero no tenía enchufes más que en el baño! Demasiado simple, sin lugares para dejar las cosas por ejemplo en el baño, mesitas de noche etc. Realmente por el precio y fotos esperábamos más. Por el contrario el personal de check in muy amable.

Great location. Small sign so took awhile to find. Everyone in the neighborhood was helpful especially the staff! Market next door as well as Metro access. Parking was $33/ 24 hours in the garage down the street be sure to confirm where to park for discount we messed that part up. Bring ear plugs if you aren’t used to city/ neighbor noise. All in all great experience!
