Great location only! Unsteady hot water supply.

Location is great. Cleaning staff were nice. My room is on 8/F, quite disappointed the shower water temperature not hot enough and the hot water supply not steady. We complained to staff about the water temperature problem, the staff simply told us it is normal and to wait for another 20 mins. Eventually, nothing change at all! We stayed 2 days here, the water temperature fluctuated all the time. Luckily, hot water supply at my relative rooms on 7/F is normal.

Value for money.

Well, the location is good, for the rest, it is solely good enough, that's all. The entrance is difficult to find. The front desk very simple, it is more less a short-term rental apartment, rather than hotel. The room is big but limited furniture to use. Bathroom very simple. Good enough for quick stay.

出地鐵站半分鐘步程即到，地點位於旺区，四週滿是食肆和商舖。太陽門，主廣埸等等，都在十多分鐘步程。酒店房間大小算点畜之適中，房間位於八樓（與接待處同層），窗外景色無敵！惟服務人員待客態度末能令人愉快。（可能我們是東方人吧）整體是中上的！推荐。

Good location but limited amenities

Good location right next to Gran Via metro and just few minutes walk to sol. Clean room with good wifi but no hair dryer or water kettle in room, no toiletries provided except a tiny pack (~10 ml) of shower gel. Quietness acceptable since our window is facing backyard and other rooms, window is big enough for an adult to get through and is quite close to the room next to us thus brings safety concerns. Staff are nice with good attitude.

Good service and good for single lady travel alone

The hotel is located at central Madrid and the entrance is next to McDonald's. It's convenient and safe for girls travel alone.The room is clean and comfortable. Facilities are very simple but good enough because I won't have much time to stay in the room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I need to change my travel plan and they helped me a lot. Thx!

Posizione ottima nel centro di Madrid, fermata della metro a due passi anche se ora chiusa per lavori ma facendo qualche passo in più si trovano le fermate di Sol, Callao e Tribunal. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Pulizia della camera ok. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Ottima la posizione, si trova al centro di Madrid, e per visitarla non occorre prendere mezzi. Comunque sotto la struttura c'è la fermata della metro (Gran Via), anche se attualmente chiusa per lavori. Personale gentile e disponibile, da migliorare il servizio di pulizia camere.
