Good location. However, we were not allowed to turn on the air conditioner, so we could not close the window to block out noise from the street. The noise was so annoying at night and we could not sleep well.

Dear guest, thanks for taking your time to provide us some feedback. We don´t turn on yhe A/C till summer to be enviromental friendly, sorry about the noise in the street, We have double glazed windows and normally this is not a problem. We hope you give us another chance in future visits to Madrid

The property for what we wanted and expected was excellent, the surroundings were a little scary at first but once you were used to it, it felt safe, very well located.

The location and the cleanliness of the facility. The administration must instruct the employees to be more polite. One evening, when I entered the lobby with my sister and niece (who live in Madrid) to pick up a gift I brought for them, the person in charge of the night shift yelled to us in a very nasty way: "Two minutes!", as if I we were in a jail. My sister and niece were in shock.Humiliating treatment!

¡Excelencia!
Excelente alojamiento. Muy buena localización. Habitación muy bien equipada. Cambio de toallas usadas diario. Personal muy amable y atento a nuestras solicitudes, informándonos de lugares de interés cercanos para comer o cómo desplazarse en la ciudad. Mejor servicio que en un hotel. Para repetir siempre que visitemos Madrid: un 10.

IT IS WORTH TO TRY HOSTAL MARIA LUISA IN MADRID
This is not the first time I have stayed at Hostal Maria Luisa and there are so many reasons why I return to the same place. Hostal Maria Luisa is central located, and I was amazed to see that the Hostal has been remodeled recently. All its staff is nice and friendly. Finally, the cost of your accommodation is a bargain. Please, make your reservation without hesitation, and enjoy your stay in Madrid without wondering where should you stay. in one of the most wonderful cities in the world!!!..

Os quartos surpreenderam por ser um Hostal.Limpos, agradaveis apesar de pequenos. Boa roupa de cama . Por la situaçåo da pandemia e a crise hoteleira, somos atendidos pelo proprietario, que não conta com mais funcionarios, por isso não tem atendimento em todos os horarios, so em horas marcadas. Hostal simples mas funcional.Região Centro, com todas caracteristicas de regiões centrais das cidades.mas otima localizaçåo para todos principais pontos turísticos.

HOstal é muito bom,. local perto de tudo e da Gran Via.. simplesmas totalmente reformado, relação custo benefício ótima, a região é uma região LGBT, mas super tranquila..ninguém nos importunou átendimento e segurança excelente instalação excelente.

Ci siamo trovati bene in 4 amici nel periodo di capodanno in questo hostal, in primis per la posizione perfetta. In 3 minuti di cammino si sfocia sulla gran via quindi da lì si raggiungono le principali piazze nel giro di pochi minuti. La camera molto bella e pulita. Personale gentile. Unica pecca, all'arrivo il check in è stato molto lungo e macchinoso in quanto Alla reception hanno dovuto segnare sul loro smartphone tutti i dati di tutti gli ospiti, per un totale di almeno 15/20 minuti di attesa prima di mostrarci la camera. E la finestra della camera si affacciava su una sorta di intercapedine esterna del palazzo dove il persone stende i panni e quindi può vedere all'interno della stanza. Per il resto molto consigliato.

Cogí esta habitación porque tenía bañera, al llegar allí vi que no. Además la mampara se quedaba atascada y me costaba mucho salir. El colchón incómodo. Se escucha absolutamente todo. Habría cogido otro la verdad, ya que los había más baratos en el centro de Madrid.

Estimado huésped, sentimos no estar a la altura de sus expectativas, hace no mucho se reformaron las habitaciones y se eliminaron las pequeñas bañeras que había en alguna habitación. Estas eran muy pequeñas y ni siquiera permitían la posibilidad de tumbarse, por lo que siguiendo la tónica general de la mayoría de establecimientos hoteleros se pasó a instalar plato de ducha. Hemos revisado la información en las páginas webs de reserva para que esto ya no vuelva a suceder, aun así las fotografías de las bañeras fueron eliminadas hace tiempo. Agradecemos sus comentarios que siempre nos ayudan a mejorar. Intentamos dar el mejor de los servicios en nuestras manos, ajustando los precios lo máximo que podamos como en este caso ofertar una habitación doble con todo lo necesario para pasar un día en pleno centro de Madrid durante el puente de Navidad (el más ocupado del año) por 45 euros. Una vez más gracias por hospedarse con nosotros y su valoración que siempre nos ayuda a mejorar y estar más atentos para dar el mejor de los servicios en nuestra mano y posibilidades.

Bathroom super small with lot of mold in shower. Guest have not access to remote for AC/Heater. Volume for TV only 10. Guest cannot keep room key, but has to call person in charge.

Bra hotell nära till det mesta.
Hotellet ligger väldigt bra relativt Gran Via , inte långt från Sol. Det finns trevliga mindre restauranger nära hotellet. Allt var rent och fint. Färgvalet mindre kul -allt i bruna nyanser. Utsikten mot en innegård var inte kul. Vänlig personal. Men priset alltför högt för en person i ett ganska enkelt rum.
