We stayed one night, the room and shower was confortable, some cigarette smell coming from the corridor from time to time and the noise water running from the fountain at the restaurant, bit nothing unbearable. We had a good night.

The eat and drink all you can buffet was particularly special. Supermarket close by. A long walk from train station but I managed with suitcase. Easy access to Madrid centre on train and Leganes and Getafe football clubs accessible by metro. Internet speeds could have been better. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommended.

Rather poor standard

A rather poor standard for a 3 * hotel. Everything needed a renovation to bring it up to the 3 start standard. Morning buffet very simple and could be better.

make sure you are not placed in basement. Basement windows are pointed to parking lot and restaurants. You will hear people coming and leaving all night long. Window was broken - impossible to close it.

We arrived at 23:40 as our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating and let us access our room. This room however smelt of sewerage so bad that we requested to change room. The next room we were given smelt so strongly of cigarettes that my nose hurt by the end of the stay. Having said that, the room itself was lovely and large and the beds very comfortable and clean. They provide soap, shampoo and shower gel. It is a 15 minute walk from Getafe central station and therefore very easy to get to Madrid center.

Nuestra estancia no fue del todo satisfactoria. Al llegar, la habitación tenía un olor desagradable y se notaba bastante el desgaste general: el armario estaba medio roto, el baño aunque limpio mostraba mucho uso, y el secador no funcionaba. Además, los cojines olían mal, como si no se hubieran cambiado, y al comentarlo nos dijeron que era normal porque no los sustituyen. Finalmente los retiraron y cambiaron las sábanas, cosa que agradecemos. El personal de recepción y limpieza fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar, pero el mantenimiento del hotel deja bastante que desear. Con una buena renovación la experiencia sería muy distinta. Por ubicación está bien, cerca de Leganés, con autobuses cerca y facilidad para aparcar, pero tal y como está ahora, no volveríamos

la pega te ponen en los bajos y la ventana daba a la puerta abierta del parking y la distancia de la ventana a la puerta del parking colgaban todos los aires acondicionados del hotel

Voy a getafe varias veces al año y siempre me alojo en el dinastía,para mi esta muy bien todo en general. Si que le vendría bien una actualizacion porque se ve un poco triste y algunas cosas estan dejadillas. Pero las camas son muy comodas y esta limpio, seguiré alejándome alli

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage zu günstigem Preis

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nur 20 min zu Fuß zur Bahnstation, Parkplätze kostenlos an der Straße direkt am Hotel. Frühstück gut und ausreichend Auswahl. Bei Nachfragen gab es sogar Tortilla. Schade war nur, daß sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ und durch die Klimananlage, die wir zum Heizen brauchten, Zigarettenduft reinkam. Alle sehr freundlich

Cuando vuelva a Madrid, casi seguro que volveré.

Me he sentido cómodo, un poco ruidoso a veces la habitación por la noche sobre el techo…el desayuno básico, pero suficiente, a no ser que quieras que el desayuno sea también la comida de mediodía.
