A pesar de reservar con una semana de antelación sólo pudieron darnos una habitación con baño adaptado, la ducha no tenía ni mampara ni cortina por lo que se salia el agua hacia la habitación y el baño estaba totalmente inundado

finestre senza doppi vetri. via troppo rumorosa per la presenza di tavolini all'aperto di due locali sotto l'albergo e del traffico automobilistico. Ringrazio il personale che ci ha spostato le camere dal secondo al sesto piano ma se pur inferiore a prima, i rumori si sentivano .

Would not recommend
Would not recommend , there were no rooms that we had booked left … was incredibly noisy, the tv was broken, the pool was closed. But worst of all there was a dirty sock covering up the fire alarm , I asked for this to be removed three times. Clearly disgusting not to mention a health and safety breach. It was still there when I checked out .

The location of the hotel is good and good access to the metro and bus. The staff were courteous. The issue I had with the hotel was that my key/card access kept malfunctioning 2 days in a row and each time I had to go up to the reception in short one time I went down the lift 3 times after getting to my room and couldn’t open the door. Not a good experience for a 4star hotel.

If your priority is gym and pool then dont, it is barely ticking the check box. Otherwise it is awesome, staff is great and helpful, metro station right opposite, eateries around, and peaceful.

Me gustó la amabilidad y cordialidad del personal de recepción. La ubicación. NO me gustó el estado de la habitación, pedimos una habitación para 3 y esta se limitó a las 3 camas ,2 mesas de noches, 1 pequeño armario y un sólo enchufe. En la bañera no había ni mampara ni cortina y a la hora de ducharse el baño se convertía en una pequeña piscina. Habitación muy básica y algo descuidada, lo que fue decepcionante para 1 hotel de 4 estrellas.
