An excellent stay at Hotel Preciados! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help with everything, including calling a taxi whenever we needed one. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. I especially appreciated that Café Varela opens at 7:00 a.m. for hotel guests. Being able to have breakfast early makes such a difference when you have an early tour! I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Preciados was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The hotel room was good, but we had an interior view, so we had to keep the blinds closed most of the time. The bathrooms were a bit tricky with the glass door. Hotel restaurant looked lovely. Overall, our stay at the hotel was good.

We enjoyed our stay with Hotel Preciados. The hotel is located within walking distance from Gran Via, a central location for shopping and food within Madrid. The staff at Hotel Preciados were extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. The room had everything that we needed including shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and an iron & iron board. One thing to note ; the doors to the bathroom in our room were glass/transparent (this seemed to be common across our hotels in Spain). Also, it was sometimes difficult to hail a taxi or arrange for rideshare from this hotel due to its prime location within the city.

This is a solid four star hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the room was quiet, and the mini bar with water and some soda options was included. It was very hot in Madrid while I was there, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel could use a bit of a facelift here and there, but nothing major. It is in an excellent location where you can walk to many things. I would stay here again.
