The staff were excellent, the property was extremely clean and tidy, and most importantly the neighbourhood was vibrant and easily walkable to museums etc.It was wonderful to feel part of the local community while still having easy access to tourist attractions. Very disappointed with the service. The room cleaning was done without actually cleaning anything — they didn’t even change the towels. We had to call and ask them to replace the towels, which should have been done in the first place.

Brilliant location for Palace, parks and Plaza España. We arrived into Chamartin train station and it was easy to get to the hotel on Metro Line 10 and a short walk. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once inside we loved the sympathetic renovations, it felt cosy and comfortable especially the bar area which is beautiful. Our cool and quiet room was perfect, very comfortable bed, twin basins and a bath in the large bathroom, loads of storage and a lovely dressing table with a lift-up lid. Electronic safe was easy to use and the little fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool. Housekeeping was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious, particularly the brownies! The dining room was calm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

Had a terrible customer service experience here. Checked in to the room in the morning and already realized the hair dryer is broken. I immediately brought the attention to the front desk and they gave me the spare. Later on that night, my girlfriend was trying to use it after she showered, even the spare one didnt work. I brought it down to the front desk and they said they will bring me another one. 30 minutes passed in the room, there was no response no phone call for any updates. I had to go down to the front desk again to which they told me that theres nothing they can do and i have to wait until the morning. No call, no knock on the door, no apologies while my girlfriend’s hair is still wet. A hotel with 3 stars has worse customer service than a motel that costs less.

Nice overall! Since people with dogs aren't responsible around there, you have to keep walking and watch the ground to avoid stepping on those stuffs. Also peoples smoke so much in Europe!
