Good hotel. Great breakfast. The staff is ok, maybe they could be a little more helpful and attentive. I chose a special room in “the level” and when I asked for information in the regular reception area about breakfast, the man rudely dismissed me by saying, oh you’re in the level, yo need to go to the other reception for information. I only wanted to know the time for breakfast and checkout. Then had to wait until the person in the level reception finished checking in a guest only to ask a simple question that could have been solved by the first rude man. Apart from that the hotel is a good option if you have to stay in Serrano

Lovely stay

We only stayed one night but the hotel was lovely. The bathroom had a big tub we didn’t get to use but the kids (and myself) would definitely love if we had more time.

Clean and walking to some good restaurants. Taxi from airport was a flat rate , 33 EUR, which was great. To city center like Royal palace was 14 EUR, a bit far.
