Es cierto que disponemos de 37 habitaciones individuales y sin duda, son pequeñas para los estandares a los que el cliente de hoy en dia esta acostumbrado. Es por ello que son mas económicas, así esperamos compensarlo un poco.Indicarle que disponemos de habitaciones estandard asi como superiores, de tamaños normales.De volver a nuestro hotel, le ruego se ponga en contacto conmigo y le haremos un up grade de habitación para que pueda comprobarlo personalmente.Agradeciendo su comprension, atentamente

Estimado Alfonso,En primer lugar queremos agradecerle haber tomado una parte de su tiempo en hacernos llegar sus comentarios sobre su estancia. Lamentamos profundamente su malestar, ya que nuestros objetivos de calidad no permiten este tipo de defectos para sus estancias. Nuestro hotel cuenta con dos partes, una aún sin reformar, y otra parte ya reformada. Nuestra parte sin reformar tomará su cambio a partir del mes de Junio, por lo que todo el hotel estará para después del verano ya en su totalidad reformado. Acerca del olor que nos indica, tomaremos nota de sus comentarios para trasladarle al departamento correspondiente la incidencia y que dicha habitación se ventile bien pues todas nuestras estancias son de no fumadores. Es cierto que disponemos de 37 habitaciones pequeñas y, por ende, las camas son tambien pequeñas pero tambien disponemos de habitaciones de tamaño normal o incluso superiores, de un tamaño mas amplio.Igualmente disponemos de aire acondicionado en verano y calefacción en invierno. Si nos concediera otra oportunidad podriamos alojarle en una habitación espaciosa y enseñarle el uso del termostato de la calefaccion.Le ruego se ponga drectamente en contacto conmigo para poder hacerle la asignación pertinente.Atentamente
