From the moment we arrived at this hotel it did nothing but impress. A warm greeting from the receptionist, giving us a map and some very helpful information of how to get to all the well known sites for first time visitors to Madrid. All the staff we encountered were so helpful. The room was great, it was spacious, spotlessly clean and everything we could need. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice provided in a very modern and immaculately clean dining room. In the evening we enjoyed a nightcap in the airy rooftop terrace, perfect. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It is right in the middle of the city and all the sites are well within walking distance, a major plus for us. All in all, a fantastic city break in a wonderful hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. I promise you, if you are considering it. do not hesitate, you will not regret it.

The location was good. The hotel was quiet but nearby to plenty of bars and restaurants. The shops are literally up the road for any type of shopping you would like. The rooftop bar was nice and reasonably priced with nice views of the city. Staff are friendly within the hotel and in the bar.
