Location location and assistance provided. Breakfast was good. Accommodated my needs and early check in, helped a lot to get rest from an overnight flight. The receptionist was so wonderful. The staff in the kitchen during breakfast were wonderful and nice. Food was great and fresh with good selection and variety. The only thing that will keep me from going back here is that I didn’t really see how small the space in the room and bathroom. My husband struggled to move around. But overall this hotel was great.

The place is located in a convenient area, there are many restaurants around and places to shop that are close by. This hotel is also located quite close to some common tourist attractions which was also nice since it was a walking distance. The hotel itself is cute, it’s a chic hotel style. The staff was very nice, kind and prompt to provide services needed. The only things I would say is that the room was small. And the breakfast was not worth the $14 for buffet style. They do have some great coffee though!!! In both the room and the breakfast room.

Nice and new hotel with great location that we could walk to many places. Good breakfast from the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants around. There is also a good size supermarket nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 3-night stay here.

Rooms a little on the small side, but perfectly acceptable. Amazing power shower. Very clean and with excellent and knowledgeable staff. Location is perfect for all the main attractions. Would u stay here again? … absolutely yes.

The reception area is inadequate for the size of the hotel. The stuff is very professional and kind. The location is very convenient for tourist visits. Room sizes is too small for a double room - no refrigerator in the room. The toiletries in the bathroom are basic.

El hotel está bien para descansar y por la situación que tiene. Habitación calurosa, incluso con la ventana abierta. Según nos informó la recepcionista no podían activar el aire acondicionado ya que lo gestionaban desde una central y sólo había calefacción. Por otro lado consideró que el baño es muy pequeño, la luz con el sensor apagándose y enciendo se a cada rato resulta molesto. El desayuno por otro lado no merece la pena y hay muchísimas opciones cerca del hotel. Y me pareció fatal ponen una botella de Solan de Cabras rellena del grifo, vamos una vergüenza.

Great place to stay in Madrid
I really enjoyed staying here. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. However, no fridge was a bit surprising. The bed was very comfortable and they had pillows suitable for people who need neck support. I was very happy! I had no view in my room, but it was really quiet, so that was better. The breakfast was good and the dining room is very nice. Great location and nice staff. A great place to stay.

Pontos Ruins: =========== Banheiro: desenho estranho, pouca privacidade, mas o pior é o espaco do vazo sanitário! Praticamente impossível usar ele de uma forma minimamente confortável! Muito, mas muito RUIM mesmo (se vc tiver mais que 1.80m de altura, vc não entra no espaço do vaso sanitário)! Foram 3 dias "brigando" com o banheiro! Chuveiro muito bom! Certamente nao é um hotel 4*... é um hotel 3 estrelas com quarto pequeno e banheiro com baixa usabilidade! Recepção: minúscula mas não prejudica! Pontos Positivos: Localização: Excelente! Fantástica! NOTA 10!

Hotel should be more environmentally friendly; do not change all linens daily and do not throw away partial bottles of body wash & shampoo. Room is very nice, but cramped as is the toilet area of the bathroom. Location is good.
