This hotel has large suite so we stay there comfortably. The bathroom is large with separate room for toilet. The hotel has a large courtyard where there are nice plants. It is very close to metro subway, Diego de Leon so convenient. What I don’t like is that we can hear noise from next room people talking, also the shower design is bad for leaking out water easily so we were careful not to turning on water in large volume. Other than that, I really like the hotel. I will consider staying again if I go back to Madrid in future.

Good location
The room is big and comfortable. Near the metro station, easy to go everywhere. The only disappointment is that I was waken up by the cleaning noise every morning.

我們住的404房洗澡洗到一半，天花板下起傾盆大雨，洗手台、地板全溼了，樓上應該在洗澡，管缐破了，整個天花板開始滴水，地上還有洗澡的泡泡水。然後飯店不給換房，只叫工人來修，幸好修得快，但是仍然擔誤了我們的就寢時間。

Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet property. Great restaurant and parking on the premises. Very close to two separate metro routes. Neighborhood has restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, mini markets and more all around. Attentive personnel always at the desk. Great a/c, kitchenette, room service. Highly recommended

Love this hotel. Very comfortable and safe location. I have stayed here over 5 times as a home base while traveling abroad. It feels like a studio apartment. I use the kitchen for my breakfast meals. Garden view is quite and peaceful.

The rooms and property are wonderfully kept and designed. The location is conveniently located near a metro line that can take you to the Madrid Central in about 5 stops. The area felt safe and homey which I value in a space when traveling. I wish I could have stayed longer, but that's a reason for another visit!

AC was broken and only hot air was available. The ventilation was making a very high sound and could not be turned off. Had to change room the next day. The electricity was out one evening I came home. (only my new room).
