Minimalist..Pool lovely..Breakfast Adequate and very Fresh..All Staff helpful..The Manager especially when my husband was unwell..Even sending anything we needed to the room without making a fuss.

Luxurious and Opulent. I will never stay any place else when I am in Chiang Mai.

We enjoyed our stay at The Rim for a quick three nights in Chiang Mai. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only minor issue we had was that the water temperature in the shower would not stay constant.

From the moment we arrived in the lobby the hotel staff looked after everything for us. Quick check in process. Showed to our room whilst our luggage was brought up for us. Breakfast - there is great choice in the buffet, from cereals, fruits, breads, pastries. On the menu they have some great options. The local thai options in the buffet vary each day and are amazing. Lunch/Dinner - plenty of choice on thr menu for other times of the day. Bottled water is available at all times from reception. The room and facilities within were great for a 5 night stay. The hotel is in a great location for the Sunday walking market, as it starts just outside the lobby. Perfect location for several temples in walking distance.
