Somehow this is one of the only hotels where we had a hot shower. Amazing room, amazing staff, and we were well taken care of in a great location! Would definitely come back here! We skipped breakfast one morning because we had an early excursion, and while we were waiting, the staff brought some food and drinks to us to make sure we were fueled for the day. We loved it here!

Excellent hotel, great spot in the river. Not quite in centre of town but allows it to be a resort destination. Pool was not crowded when I was there. Breakfast buffet included. Attentive pool service. If I had 2 comments, the hot food at breakfast is not hot except made to order eggs. But a good selection. They just don’t use the food warmers properly. Also, and although I don’t mind tipping, I wasn’t made aware that tips were added to the pool bill and then I added again, my fault too many beers and didn’t notice on the bill, My tipping probably explains the great service at the pool. But those two negatives do not out weigh all the positives, the staff is so friendly, and attentive to guests needs.

Wonderful people, very relaxing stay room was excellent. The pool area is great, pool is cold but once in it was refreshing! Doesn’t matter there is an ensen tub area and the indoor spa pool are all warm to hot! The spa pool was a bonus with various massage jets. Restaurant and breakfast across the street overlooks the River and you can order off the menu and have the buffet. Definitely recommend this resort!!

Room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning kept up well. Lots of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Second time in Thailand and this room was near the top of our stays. Old town Chiang Mai is a step apart from the main city. Relaxed and quiet.

Beautifully appointed boutique resort in the old town with EXCEPTIONAL service by all staff! The decor and attention to all detail is AMAZING!! Very reasonably priced with a wonderful breakfast included - extremely good value!! Rooms are spacious, super clean with comfortable beds. The pool was beautiful, allbeit unheated, but refreshing on a hot day. The location is perfect for lots of walking to local restaurants, beautiful shops and temples. This is the IDEAL resort to stay at when visiting Chiang Mai
