"Great location for exploring Mt Magazine State Park 😀 VERY well-stocked home making it easy to eat in, nice little patio in the big backyard, fun tree swing, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to Main Square, groceries, post office, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, small town with a nice variety of restaurants, and their Eiffel Tower was cute!"

"Great location for riding trails. Very conveniently located. The cabin itseĺf was comfortable enough, not luxurious, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy, wifi worked well and it was quiet. The cabin was not very clean. The floor was kind of gritty and the dishes we used all had to be washed before we could use them. The only AC units were in the living room, the bedroom got kind of hot. We just purchased a fan from Wal-Mart and helped push air thru. The price was reasonable for this...

"Always love staying at this location. Easy trail access. Great time riding and poor cell phone coverage in area helps friends and family enjoy each other rather than being distracted by technology. We always try to leave the yard and house in great shape when we leave. "

"What a treat to stay here! The guesthouse is at the top of a hill with beautiful views and wonderful sunsets. We also saw deer every evening! The guesthouse is cozy and well decorated. Nothing beats sitting on the back deck taking in the view! Absolutely plan to stay again!"

"This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it. "

"The room was nice and clean for the most part. The kitchen area could use some work and it was lacking for utensils but for a 2 night stay it was fine for us. The bottom of the shower curtain was kinda gross and looked stained but overall we enjoyed our stay. It was pretty quiet even though it was pretty full. We didn’t hear many other guests other than a kid riding her bike and screaming outside our window at 10pm. "

"My husband and I choose this treehouse cabin for a weekend get away. We really enjoyed our time there! The cabin was very clean and well stocked. There were also some sweet personal touches- some snacks and a handwritten card from the host. It was a peaceful place and we loved the view!"

"We do an annual Mt. Magazine ride around July 4th. This was our first time to stay at this property and will definitely stay there again. If you are an offroad enthusiast, then this location is incredible: close to the trailhead, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and just a few minutes from Cove Creek General Store."
