I stayed at Atria one week straight, two times in June & Juli. At both times I got the same room with Mountain View on the 10th floor. It left amazing to wake up each morning and see not just one, but 3 mountains right outside the window. So peaceful. The room is basic but clean. Bathroom is also very basic, You get everything you need for your stay, but just like other reviewer, I wish Atria provided a hand towel. That seems to be something that is missing from a star hotel. Luckily, I brought my own. Room service was great and consistent. The breakfast though however was not as consistent. Food is mediocre, but that’s somewhat expected for a hotel in small town. One beef for me; I had a problem with staff who don’t seem to have awareness of wiping clean tables after guests see them. So, I had to point it out one day as I got fed up with it. There were many empty tables and chairs but they’re all dirty with food crumbs and grease, There many kids at this hotel, so they can be messy, and staff didn’t bother cleaning up. Yikes! So expect to clean it up yourself if you want a clean table. Cleaning tables after each guest used it shoukd be automatic for staff to do. You can’t expect your guests to clean it. Restaurant staff seemed to be afraid of hard work which is ashamed, but not surprised if they can’t advance in their work. The housekeepers though are the real winner. One disappointment was the construction going on at night on the roof, which I quickly complained.
