Beautiful updated townhome right bedside a breathtaking mountain stream. It was very clean and the host answered all of my many questions quickly. Check in and out was easy and it’s in a perfect location to check out so many towns and cities.

Property is perfect location. Front steps and porch small. Needs better outside furniture. Furniture inside needs a recliner or bigger of couch.

Loved this townhouse
We absolutely loved the townhouse. It was newly renovated so everything was very nice. Bedrooms were spacious as well as the family room and kitchen. Loved that it had a laundry room too. Loved the two patios with the views of the creek. The location was great. Quick drive up to Cataloochee to ski and snowboard. Communication with the owners was wonderful. All went really well and we were very pleased. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home, but serious safety concerns
We recently stayed at Veda Inn in Maggie Valley and while the home itself was clean and lovely, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.
First and foremost, the safety of the property was a concern. The latch between the two spaces was not secure as it was a tiny gate latch and it was not even latched when we first arrived. And we were unable to close or lock the balcony door. This made us feel unsafe, especially considering my husband has PTSD from his military service and is very sensitive to security issues.
Additionally, the people staying at the townhouse next door alerted us when we arrived that they may get loud and they were already walking in front of our porch to get to their own porch.
While we appreciate the cleanliness and aesthetic of the home, these safety concerns and the environment prevented us from having the quiet, secure family time we had hoped for. Due to these issues, we ended up checking out early. The owner was made aware and did not agree to a partial refund or attempt to offer another location for us to stay.
I hope the property owners address these concerns for future guests, as the home itself has great potential but our experience was overshadowed by these serious issues. I did reach out to Vrbo with videos and pictures of the situations described above.

This place was beyond beautiful the owners are such the nicest 😍 u could ever meet i would recommend this place a thousand times very comfy felt like home my dad said aww we getting kicked out my home lol 😆 vaction over pops ❤️ i will be renting again and again this is a 10 star 🌟 🤩 ❤️
