「My boyfriend booked this stay for my surprise birthday getaway and it was beautiful. We loved the cultural and historical significance of the cottage and the decor was stunning. We loved the hot tub out the back, it was private and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and the parking was so handy. We ordered an Indian Takeout and it didn't take long to arrive at all. We hadn't even finished our stay and were already talking about coming back. Its such a perfect getaway to be in nature. 」

「The pod is just as described and has everything you need for a few days away. Shared kitchen and shower / bathroom facilities on site. Basic but clean and easily accessible. Helena was lovely, she even brought me some hot water bottles as the first night was stormy. Great communication and quick to respond. Easy check in. The location is simply beautiful, so peaceful and quiet. Perfect short getaway for me and my 2 dogs. I would definitely recommend and return.」

「Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. 」
