It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: it has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. The main rooms have been recently renovated to offer greater comfort, but some details and finishes have not yet been completed and may be partially rough or temporary.
One of the strengths of the apartment is the private terrace with an open view of the horizon: an ideal space for reading, dining outside or simply relaxing while admiring the landscape.
Access to the sea is via a private staircase that leads directly to a small cove of sand and rocks, perfect for those looking for a quiet corner away from the crowded beaches.
The apartment does not have a washing machine, air conditioning or heating. This choice is part of a natural environment where the sea breeze refreshes the rooms during the summer. However, since this is a house by the sea, it is possible to find small signs related to humidity and salt, typical of this type of housing.
A Wi-Fi connection is available through a small portable router: we recommend that you never disconnect it from the power outlet to prevent it from discharging and leaving you without a connection. Even if, to tell the truth, the most beautiful and profound connection remains the one with the sea and the nature that surrounds you.
The property is only accessible by car. A private parking space (which could be shared with guests of a second apartment in the villa) is also available to guests.
