「Spend more $$ and stay elsewhere. The beds were equivalent to sleeping on a pc of plywood. I spilled a little water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the rag was filthy. I dont think the floors have ever been washed. Our outside door didnt line up so we couldnt keep it open because bugs were coming in through the gaps. There was mildew in the shower on the ceiling. It was extremely noisy. Could hear every little thing outside. ..this should be rated as a 1 star and thats being generous. I...

「Basic hotel/rooms. Beds were comfy. No elevator so if you have lots of stuff be prepared to haul it all up the stairs. The bedding/linens were all clean but there was stuff on the floor/toilet - almost as though someone got halfway through cleaning then distracted. We didn’t request a change as it was after 1am when we arrived. Did the job for a quick overnight stay and location convenient.」

「We were very happy with our stay at the resort. The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that there wasn't always someone at the front desk, so we occasionally had to wait for assistance. Also, when we requested pool towels, it took quite a while for them to be delivered. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard before my arrival. The towels had visible stains, the bed sheets were also stained, and there was pubic hair left in the shower. Seeing multiple cleanliness issues throughout the room immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the property. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation when checking into a hotel, and unfortunately that standard was not met. It...
