「Location was perfect! Stayed here to go to the Renaissance Festival and The Woodlands. It's right next to a H-E-B to pickup groceries and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is clean and modern with driveway parking and easy keypad access. The bed linens are soft with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have long hair, I recommended taking your own toiletries as the shampoo and conditioner actually tangled mine. But again, there's a H-E-B right there if you need to pick some up. We...

「Beautiful, clean home. Great communication. Highly recommended. Thank you.」

「Everything about this house was just as pictured in the listing. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. No chemical or perfume smells either. Just nice and clean. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower and the heating and a/c worked great. Even the 2 car garage was clean and empty providing a safe, convenient place to park. The owner, Ben, was quick to reply to a couple questions we had.Check in and check out we’re both convenient and...

「Beautiful home. Clean, family friendly and host was very responsive. Location is ideal and everything you need in very close proximity. Would stay there again when back in the area.」

「This was our second stay at the Magnolia Cottage, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy, the location was perfect, and the amenities were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!」

「We really enjoyed our state here! I am a big coffee drinker and they Supply coffee pods along with a drip coffee maker and coffee for that as well. That is a big deal for me when I'm staying somewhere.」

「Lovely home.」

「Great spot for a weekend visit!」

「Never a dull moment in this amazing house, every corner you turn you find something intriguing to look at. Something to do for the kids, pool, pool table, yard to play in, nice quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here.」

「The house was even nicer than the pictures. Spacious bedrooms and living room/kitchen were perfect for our group and the trees/plants in the back yard made it hard to believe we were sitting on a back porch in a neighborhood. Also a nice walk to main street if you don’t mind the heat. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the Tomball area.」

「Property was very clean and well maintained. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow overall. We did not expect to have a direct access door leading from the main property into the hallway of the rental and felt a slight bit uneasy about privacy but overall it was a great stay.」

「Very comfortable stay」

「Another amazing stay! Kelly is the best hostess and the house is just as pictured and extremely well appointed. She's thought of everything we can't wait to come back.」

「Clean house, good amenities.」
