「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,...

「Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended.
A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks」

A superb hotel with great location, friendly staff and good breakfast (with a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice!)
The huge shopping mall and outlet
right across the street is a big plus. Convenient to go to Disneyland with the free shuttle bus.
