“We arrived after checkin time but the room was still not ready. The person on the desk took a mop and bucket in himself. Left some clothes on the floor in the bathroom while showering and they got dusty from the dirty floor. The bedroom floor had been mopped but was still gritty to walk on. Left some clean clothes on the desk to wear while flying home the next day. In the morning they were soaked through from the ceiling leaking water. We told someone but he didn’t seem to care. “I stayed for two nights at the Fern. The Fern has a small restaurant in the lobby.
