Seaviews & Sunshine in Māhia
The Mahia Beach Shack is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Stunning sea views overlooking Mahia along with the dramatic views of Mount Mokotahi. There is something very special about Mahia and sitting on the sun soaked deck, smelling the sea air and watching the changing colours of the sky, you will feel the relaxation wash over you. A NZ bachy feel but a modern interior, with a very nice and easy flow throughout the house. Modern kitchen amenities. Lots of outdoor space for, boats, sun lounging, games, or early morning exercise. There are seperate room for the loo from the bathroom. Whether you are into boating, surfing, swimming, walking, golfing, or just relaxing, Mahia has all that and more for you.

Beautiful bach and view
We loved our stay at Mahia. The bach had everything we needed and was clean. The modern amenities were a welcome change from the houses we've used in previous years. I had some difficulty getting a response from the owner through the app, but my husband was easily able to get check in information when he contacted them by phone. We would definitely book this house again and have recommended it to our family.

Christmas break
The property was very comfortable and we all had a lovely time. Our host was always accessible and very helpful and obliging.

lots of room in a little house
4 rooms was more than enough for our group of 7, well located next door to another rental house our friends rented we were a 2 minute walk away unfortunately were awoken to concrete cutting next door 2 of the 3 days but hopefully that new house will be built by the next time we try to come back next year. Great house with everything we needed warm and cosy over the rainy days.

Great Spot
A very comfortable and well located property. Well equipped (with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a Bach!).
The weather was awful for our entire stay, but the quality of the property made it bearable.
Thanks to Lisa for sorting out the LPG so quickly.
We would happily stay again.

A MUST STAY
We had an amazing time. The house itself was brilliant, great cooking facilities, space and outdoor area and deck for lazy afternoons. Location was spot on with quietness and a great view.
